We Believe. . .

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God. (II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:20, 21).
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ and His virgin birth according to scripture. (Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:31).
We believe Jesus is God manifested in the flesh. (I Timothy 3:16; I John 4:2; John 1:14; Acts 2:30; Romans 1:3).
We believe in Jesus’ bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father and His personal, future return to this earth in power and glory to rule over the nations according to scripture. (Matthew 28:6; Mark 16:6; Luke 24:6).
We believe the term "born again" that which is mentioned in scripture; that by regeneration by the Holy Spirit it is absolutely essential for personal salvation. (John 1:13; John 3:3; II Corinthians 5:17; Titus 3:5; I Peter 1:23).
We believe water baptism to be one of the two ordinances (water baptism and communion) of Christ’s church and that complete immersion signifies death to sin and resurrection to life and that water baptism is an outward expression of one’s life in Christ. (Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:16; John 3:5; Acts 2:38; Acts 10:45; Acts 22:16).
We believe the baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to all believers who ask for it and the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life, and that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for a believer’s everyday walk.
We believe in the literal nine gifts of the Holy Spirit as recorded in I Corinthians 12:7-10; that those nine gifts are freely given for use and edification and are operational in the lives of Christians today. (Ephesians 4:12).
We believe communion to be one of the two ordinances (water baptism and communion) of Christ’s church, the sanctity of the Lord’s supper (I Corinthians 10:16) and the institution of the Lord’s supper according to I Corinthians 11:24-30.
We believe in a literal burning hell where unbelievers and disobedient are eternally punished to everlasting damnation. (Matthew 5:22; Luke 16:23-24; II Peter 2:4).
We believe tithing to be in obedience to God’s Word as giving a tenth of the first fruits back to God and that tithing is for all believers to participate in. (Malachi 3:10-11).
